As mentioned a couple weeks ago Dan’s mom made the decision to move to LA!
With this decision, we are excited to announce and share the expansion plans to The Coach House for Delores’ “granny pad”!
The granny pad will be connected to the back side of the garage with a covered breezeway. It will be 600 SF featuring a one bedroom, one bath, open floor plan. It will also have a covered patio in the back overlooking the ponds with a fenced yard for her dog, Lexi.
We look forward to Delores moving to Louisiana and settling into her new home. We are excited for Mom as this will be her first new home, first time having a dishwasher and first time living outside the state of MN!
She has lived in the same house for the last 56 years so there is a lot of emotion surrounding this decision. Please help us in giving a HUGE Louisiana welcome to Dan’s mom, Delores!
